At Access Denied, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange window for all products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement will be shipped within 5 business days.
